Westchester County
- On Friday, Sept. 7, State Police from Brewster arrested Michele Drella, 53, of Mount Kisco, for DWI. She was traveling on I-684 in Southeast, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 8, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Robin Garcia, 32, of Croton-On-Hudson, for DWI. He was traveling on Oregon Road in Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 8, State Police from Somers arrested Christian M. Amoroso, 24, of Yorktown, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in Somers, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 9, State Police from Somers arrested John M. Shallo, 33, of Carmel, for DWI. He was traveling on Lovell Street in Somers, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, State Police from Somers arrested Joshua M. Wagner, 34, of North Castle, for DWI. He was found asleep behind the wheel off State Route 35 in Somers, after being the subject of a 911 broadcast for an erratic vehicle. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept.9, 2018, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Denzel Marchese, 27, of Cortlandt, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9N in Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 9, State Police from Livingston arrested Peter J. Gunthel, 41, of North Salem, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9H in Claverack, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Fairfield County
- On Friday, Sept. 7, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Richard D. Rzasa, 27, of Brookfield, CT, for DWAI Drugs and Alcohol, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on I-84 in Kent, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and drugs, as well as in possession of approximately 3.2 grams of a substance believed to be Fentanyl.
Dutchess County
- On Friday, Sept. 7, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Judy S. Fein, 71, of Rhinebeck, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 308 in Rhinebeck, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 8, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Christina M. Garrison, 29, of Hyde Park, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9 in Hyde Park, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

She was traveling on State Route 9 in Rhinebeck, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 8, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Ashley L. Wheatly, 35, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9 in Poughkeepsie, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sunday, Sept. 9, State Police from Dover Plains arrested Valentin Figueroa Umana, 27, of Dover, for DWI. He was traveling on Corbin Road in Pawling, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Putnam County
- On Saturday, Sept. 8, State Police from Somers arrested Dean R. Roberti, 33, of Brewster, for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Router 202 in Somers, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with a suspended licensed, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 8, State Police from Somers arrested Raul H. Sada, 33, of Carmel, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in Yorktown, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Saturday, Sept. 8, State Police from Brewster arrested Jose A. Villeda Ramirez, 24, of Brewster, for DWI. He was traveling on Prospect Street in Brewster, when he was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sept. 9, State Police from Brewster arrested Graham J. Lawson, 30, of Patterson, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in Somers, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
- On Sept. 9, State Police from Brewster arrested Celvin A. Miranda Roque, 33, of Brewster, for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in Brewster, when he was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
Orange County
- On Saturday, Sept. 8, State Police from Wappinger arrested Alaina E. Latimore, 28, of New Windsor, for DWI. He was traveling on Spring Road in Poughkeepsie, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
